I am on Day 6 and enjoying the workouts so far. For my 2nd week I will up the weights to keep my self challenged and probably add light weights to the cardio too. Great so far, just hope I don't get bored anytime soon.

Pure cardio was definitely my fave w/o on month 1. Probably because each exercise was done once, unlike the other circuits, this made me push myself more.

I followed my own style diet plan and basically ate smaller portions and cut down (but not cut out completely) my weakness of desserts. Calorie allowance does increase dependent on how vigorous your workout, so up your intake on protein as this will feed the muscles rather than increase fat. At one point I thought the…
