  • For me to lose 2lbs a week, I'm at 1,390 not including exercise. When I do exercise I average between 350 and 400 calories which gets added to the 1,390.
  • I started walking three months ago. Every other day, I walk three miles on my one hour lunch break. So far, I've walked 90 miles, burned over 10,000 calories, but....I do it in pain. I have the same problem with the shin splints but worse is my hip joints. I can almost feel the ball grinding in the socket. That is where I…

It won't happen overnight, that's for sure. After researching everything, I have to be realistic and expect that 2lbs. a week is a great result and might…
  • Way to go! If you can drop 100 lbs. then I'm encouraged that I can lose the 40 lbs. I'm shooting for. You're right, it's about eating the right foods, the right amount and the dreaded exercise. Once again, congrats on the achievement!
