So I have one of those small personal sized trampolines and I was thinking about adding it into my daily workout. Does anyone know how many calories it burns? I couldn't find it in the exercise log.
I know there are a lot of variables but if anyone has any idea that would be great. I found something online that says it burns 200cals in only 10 minutes which seems a little ridiculous....

I used to jump on a trampoline and I think it was around 400-500 calories for every 30 min.0

Yea that sounds a little too good to be true. I'll stick with walking an hour a day which is good for 350 calories. It's not bad once you get use to it.0
