  • I have some health issues right now so can’t do much to exercise, but starting today I am giving up candy. Specifically Werthers caramels. I have been eating 3-4 bags a day for a month. Today is my first day with none! I am in for losing weight!

  • My healthy weight is 100 pounds away. Small goals help. Say you want to lose one pound a week. Only 4 pounds a month is a much easier goal than 100 pounds.
