Completed food and water requirements. Completed Pygmy challenge. I did not do the challenge yesterday: calorie or exercise... It felt good to get back on track today.

Completed todays Pygmy challenge... under calories and I've drank my water! I must confess, I did not check in yesterday because I was able to do the challenge, but did not stay under calories... sorry team!

Yarn, Would you rather us check in on the forum here or send you a message? I completed the challenge for days 1,2 and 4. Day 3 I stayed under calories and drank my water, but did not complete the exercises. Today I have completed the exercises and I will complete the water and food part.

Just wanted to check in and report that I finished my challenge for today. I am at 10 cups of water and completed the beginners exercise along with my gym workout. I am just about to close out my diary which will show that I stayed under calorie! GOOOOOO CUT THE CABOOSE! WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

I am suppppppperrrrr excited to start the September Challenge. I know it will be hard to get in all that water for me...but I am going to commit to doing it! I think my outside of the gym challenge is going to be trying to stay under my macros (carbs and sodium).

Very reasonable and similar to mine. I think its better to go at a slow pace and know that you are going to keep it off, then use unhealthy methods of losing weight only to gain it right back (even more unhealthy) GOOD LUCK!!!

We got married in Vegas :) completely planned.. not spur of the moment. Anyways... our first dance song was "You've Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story. We both love Disney movies and went to Disney World for our honeymoon, so it just fit :)

Not sure how good it is or not... however, I had a chocolate peanut butter banana shake last night before bed because I had extra cals and realllly wanted one. I'm thinking about one right now too :) I say go for it, but others might have more useful information!!
