I've been maintaining about 5 weeks and strength training for ~3 weeks. Yes, and no. While you want to be healthy, I think there's also something to be said for health in moderation. Socially, it's not exactly a condoned social practice to use those items in public. I have the same problem! I run around dinner time, so my solution is to split dinner into 2-3 meals. My "rules" are that I have to drink a glass of water before I drink my smoothie (since I think thirst has a strong connection w/ my overeating).
