I confess that I have as much separation anxiety for my dog as my dog does from me. She's been my only constant companion for the past year and I try to take her everywhere with me, much to other people's disapproval.

I could do with people nagging or shouting at me

Please add me. I feel I'm going to need all the butt kicking help I can get
-
He unfortunately had to be put down in January 2016 :'( after nearly 2 years of lameness we was really struggling with winter
-
He is as soft as butter but I wouldn't change him for the world, he follows me round like a dog, which is handy because I'm a bit lazy when it comes to putting on halters and taking them off.
-
I have an open diary and I'm very active but could do with the support with changing what I eat.
-
Feel free to add me.

I think i might just be.

Fixed the problem Some pics are sideways though First day I got him (22/07/2011) 1 week in – first lesson First jumping lesson 3 month in and he injures his back hoof Then after 4 month we move to a new yard and once he recovers and gets laminitis and an abscess So we move again and he meets the horse I learnt to ride on…

I've never had a big waist, always been a UK size 10/12, my weight loss is for when I start competing in endurance races with my horse as the lighter I am on his back the further we can go.
-
I'll have to find some chest/shoulder exercises that I can do then. Thanks for the helpful comments guys.
-
I'd love to get into driving but would have to get a 2nd horse that I didn't want to compete as I've learnt from the past I don't have time for both.
-
It's just a shame that they felt the need to starve themselves.

Feel free to add me peeps, I average over 200 mins of exercise a day burning at least 700+ calories, I log daily and I am always as supportive. I'm always on commenting on posts, diaries and burns. I also have some great slimming recipes for traditional english dishes if anyone wantsito still eat a fave meal but keep the…

Mine stands at 16.3hh, and I've only owned him for 20 months but for 12 months he was off work due to injury and illness. I dont ride western on him, we do 3 day eventing, showjumping and hunter trials. I've been riding for 20yrs now and have owned all shapes and sizes of horses. This is going to be my last full blooded…

I find it amusing though that I'm trying to loose weight and at the same time put weight on my horse. He suffered a nasty bout of laminitis june last year and we are only just managing to put the weight on now.

My nsv would be when I went on a 10k endurance race on my ottb snd neither of us where remotely tired, before we used to get so out of breath that we'd be at the check points for at least half a hour catching our breath. It feels good to know I'm lighter in the saddle as well.
-
I don't do conventional exercise, I muck out stables and ride horses and that can sometimes mean I've burnt between 1000 and 2000 calories in a day which for me in impossible to eat back unless I go to mcdonalds.

Good to see a fellow northerner on here, I'm from Hartlepool so not that far away.
-
Rob- I do help where I can, I hoover and do the washing. KenosFeoh - yes I have said that a few times.
-
Keep the requests coming, you can never have too many people helping.

I try to get the jobs done as quick as possible so I have longer to ride, but I do other exercises as well, I work in a bar on a weekend and there is a lot of carrying heavy crates up and down stairs and I have a second job as a delivery driver which again is carrying boxes and a lot of walking plus I bike or walk to the…

I'm currently doing endurance training with my horse so I'm riding for 2 1/2 hours a day, which is really helping to keep my weight off.

Thanks for the invites people, keep them coming.
