I've given up with weighing myself because i just want to cry each time i look at the numbers on the scale - especially because i have gained muscle as of late.. Girls cannot bulk they do not have the testosterone!!!!! Doing low reps of heavy weights will transform the shape of your body and is great for weight loss! They also help you burn calories post-workout. In saying that, i do heavy weights.

Im in the exact same position.. Why eat the extra calories when you go to the gym to burn them? I think If you start to notice that you are not loosing despite the calorie deficit, then increase your calorie intake.

Most of the ones you can buy are just for personal not professional use, so none of them are going to be 100% accurate. It gives you a nice guide to follow i guess..

If you deprive yourself and try to completely stay away you will just binge when you get the opportunity to have something. Your metabolism isn't fired up because it isnt getting enough energy.. And if your body goes into starvation mode it will hold on to whatever you feed it.

Sugars are really bad for weight loss. I would aim for less than your daily recommended to see fast and big results, or cut out most! Sugar turns into fat when not burned.

when you deprive yourself its so easy to binge! have a small piece a day or i guess if you indulge one day a week and eat so much, then the rest of the week you will feel guilty so try and avoid it !

Sometimes you aren't doing anything wrong but results don't always happen over night.. Ive been burning over 600 cals 6x per week and eating healthy but results are slower than ever. It's just my body. Is your heart rate up on the bike? I know intervals are meant to aid weight loss, so why dont you try a spin class?
