I know it's somewhere on these boards, couldn't find it. Does green tea have more caffeine than reg. tea? I saw that some people drink green tea at night. Does it keep you awake?

I'm not allowed to have coffee and such because of the high caffeine levels and a weak heart, but according to my doctor I'm allowed to have green tea so it cant be that bad!
I drink normal green tea (iced or hot) throughout the day then at night i drink celestial seasonings sleepytime green tea. Lipton also makes a decaf green tea as well as Tazo.0 -
I dont really think it contains caffeine.0

Green tea has less than black tea but more than white tea. Roobis has zero caffeine. Green tea doesn't keep me up, but I could drink 16 oz of coffee and go right to sleep - not a night person haha!0
