  Most of the ones you can buy are just for personal not professional use, so none of them are going to be 100% accurate. It gives you a nice guide to follow i guess..

  I have one, and honestly, it's not that accurate at all. It weighs well, but that's about it. I would save the money and buy a heart rate monitor or food scale instead.
