It'll be fine. Just start out slow, using no weights. Then after a while you can add them. And in the future, if you didn't use weights, you'd still lose weight, just not as much. Or you'd have to do more.

Probably Minestrone soup.. It was low in calories, so I decided to buy some. BIG MISTAKE! I hate that soup :grumble:

The gym would probably be more accurate, but if you don't feel comfortable doing that, then buy one. You should weight yourself about once a week, that's what I do.

I have the 30 day jump start and I liked it.. I did the Last Chance Workout over the weekend and I loved it. I'm starting the program today.

Just enter your calories after everything you eat. The "Net" calories is just your food calories minus your exercise calories. Basically, this site works with "the more you exercise, the more you can eat." I think almost everyone here is on the 1200 calorie program. You need to take in that much per day, so it's good to…

I'm sure she won't be offended. Explain why you're doing it, and it'll be fine. Besides, it's alright to go over your calories once in a while. I allow myself a treat once a week but I try to do an extra awesome workout that morning, too.

Sometimes it's hard for me to do my workout, but I just sit there and think about what I'll end up eating if I don't do my workout. Then I just dress in the clothes, and feel more motivated to do it.

I've never heard of that kind before, but I use whey protein, too. I take it directly after my workout, because that's when your muscles crave the protein the most, to help heal them faster so you can build more of it.
