Only 5 more to go!! LOL, goals that is! I've lost 17.4 lbs and I'm now officially out of the 210s!! My signature has all of the rest of my goals! What are your mini achievments?!

  • My goal is to get to 125. My first mini goal is to get into the 120's!

    Congrats!!

Interesting... we have the same starting weight and same goal (my goal is listed as 130, but I'm thinking anywhere from 125-135 will likely be my happy weight). Great progress so far - keep it up! :drinker:

    about 5' 3.5" (just short of 5' 4")
Most people think my goal weight is too low, until they realize that I'm vertically challenged... I'm not entirely sure what my happy weight will be, since I've never been a healthy weight as an adult (or even a teen) but 125-135 is the middle to upper end of the healthy range per my BMI.

Me neither, I'm actually thinking that I'll have to stop at 145. I've never been a healthy weight (ever). I havent even seen anything less than a womans size 11 since like 5th grade. I'm excited to see what kind of progress I'll make. Did you notice that you couldnt see much of a difference at first?

I started seeing a difference at about 12 to 15 lbs lost. I didn't necessarily see it staring at myself in the mirror every day, but when I looked at pictures I could see it. You can see in my pictures on my profile - There's a few from the beginning where I labeled what weight I was. I have one at 230, one at 225, one at 212 and one at 198. My current picture is the most recent - they're mostly in chronological order, but not exactly.
