Walk-Jog-Run!! =)

At my heaviest,I hated walking alot,jogging,completely hated running.
when I saw myself in the mirror and how I 've gotten too big.
I decided to change my lifestyle, life a healthy life and enjoy it.No one motivated me at that time,I thought all the girls were so thin compared to me.I hated myself,I hated getting fat from pastas ,fries.pizzas,chocolates,icecreams.But whener I got frustrated,I just eat them more and more!!
I decided to join a site to create a successful diet,gain motivantion,and see successful stories and believe it was'nt impossible.
They always said "If I can do it,You can do it, and everybody can."..It always rang in my ears but I didnt believe in myself that I could do it...
but I told myself that I desereved to show the inner me ,to be beautiful from the inside out.
I started a healthy diet with my bestfriend after giving her lots of tips that I read from different websites.
I started feeling inspired.I started doing simple exercises,started walking for 20 minutes.starting losing the first 2 pounds.
Seeing the results by ur eyes.make u soo happy
I started walking for 60 mins every week then twice a week,exercised daily.
started loving the new healthy food!!,starting loving walking,exercising.saw my best friend losing weight as well as I was doing.
she told me about the same amazing results and feelings she've gained.she suggested jogging with me..
but I didnt love it,but finally agreed just to please her.
It felt strange after a long time,starting again to jog and not feel disgusted ??..started jogging whenever I can and took the next step and replaced it with walking.
After that I said to my self why not start running?? when I loved jogging alot now .. ??
It was tough for me for the first time to run for 20 mins then 40 than 60 and non-stop
I now loveeeeeeeeeee running while listening to music and drinking water ,and its the best if ur running with someone.
All I can say is that now I believe that wee all deserve to be in the perfect bosy that we want to create.
believe me.
If u did great effort and believed in the real u and didnt give up.
You will finally be completetly happy.
and ur gonna create a topic better than I did.
I 've lost 20 pounds so far.I have a little pounds to go.seeing the numbers on the scale getting smaller and smaller.creates a smile on ur face, a true smile that means u made it !!

This week so far, Monday and Tuesday, I hadn't worked out. Monday was Valentine's day and I allowed myself some chocolate. Tuesday, I was busy and didn't make room to exercise except for in P.E.
Well today I told myself that if I didn't exercise today, that I would just end up falling off the wagon --again. I won't let it happen again, no matter what happens.
So I got myself up and did an HOUR of cardio. My Biggest Loser workout dvds were getting boring. I think they were too easy for me which doesn't even seem possible LOL. I recently purchased the Last Chance Workout and a Bob Harper dvd. So today I did the full hour of Bob Harper's dvd. I feel so great!0 -
