  • I get this too! My sister is the same height as me (5'8") and she has always been super skinny. Like 110 lbs. And they keep acting concerned about my weight when I am over 50 lbs heavier then her! I never plan to get that low. I only want to lose 15 more lbs.

  • I get this too. I just had my grandmother tell me the other day to stop losing because she was worried I'd start to look "gaunt". I'm 5'8 and 164 lbs. A long way off from gaunt.

  • I kind of having been doing that. I started at 217, and I'm now 179. I started at around 1350 cal a day and have slowly gone down to 1200 cal a day. I'm 5'8.
  • I'm 5'8" and I started at 217 and am now in the early 190's. I want to get down to 165 initially and see how I look, but my ultimate goal weight is 145. Right now though, just focusing on ten pounds at a time.
  • The 100 days or real food blog is what really helped me start this. I originally just set myself a goal of eating clean for one week and it's been two and a half now an I'm still going strong. Give it a look. She has a ton of great ideas for kids lunches and family dinners.
  • I make myself a smoothie every morning. Usually includes spinach, half an avocado, a banana and what ever other fruit you like. I got a nutri bullet so I just blend it, pop a lid on the cup and go. I sip at it all morning and it keeps me full till lunch.
  • I've been trying clean eating for a couple of weeks so far and I love it. I miss some things still, but for the most part, I feel better eating this way. I haven't had too much of a problem with the food, I just can't get my butt to the gym.
  • You can add me too. I started clean eating a few weeks ago and it's been great for my heartburn and indigestion problems, not to mention weigh loss. Though I can't say I've been 100% clean, I do slip sometimes. But even so, I've feel I'm on the right track. One I can stay on.
