    I didn't take a before. The first picture is me after losing 10 lbs in 30 days. The next was another 10 lbs gone.

    From 217 to 167. And my waist went from 36 inches to 30. Can't wait to get into the 20's!

    Before in Jan of this year 195 pounds after as in last week 155 pounds first two months of weight loss was from just eating better and the second 2.5 months is from eating better and doing T25
