Everyone on here is so inspirational! You've all really motivated me and continue to do so!
I started at 172lbs Nov 2012, went down to 147lbs May 2013 (no photos of this unfortunately), then back up to 171lb during a tough semester of study which finished Dec 2013, so as of Jan 2013 I've been losing again and now I am at 157lbs (15 down) and today took "before" photos for before my "Insane May" (just a personal goal to do lots of exercise basically!). But having compared them to a photo I took at 172lbs (first photo) they make a good before and during I am much happier with my back now! I can't find any good before front ones, they'll be hiding somewhere on my old laptop! So I'll have to update with a front before, during and after once my Insane May is over!

I am 5'4"...I started my journey in December 2011 logging and hitting the gym. I lost 30 lbs in 6 months and was happy at 160. From June 2012-Sept 2012 I did not exercise. Sept 2012 I started horseback riding once a week. In Jan 2013 I started riding 3 times a week. I maintained around 155 during this time period. I started logging & exercising more last month April 2014 and am now down to 148 and am still riding 3 days a week plus 1 or 2 other days of walking/workout videos
Before: December 2011 this was my heaviest ...right around 190
After: September 2013 at about 155.

<---I started in May of 2012 at 240 and hit the weights and ate clean right off the bat. Managed to drop almost 70 lbs by November 2013. Maintained through the harsh winter this past year. Now I'm back on it hard for my final 25-30 but my profile photo is the work in progress! Great job to all of you!! I use MyFitnessPal more for the macro counting than calorie counting. It really helps me narrow down my carbs, proteins, and fats. When all of those are in line, the calories just fall into place.0

I don't have any before pics of me standing(For a reasson lol) But here ya go, Before on left, 180 ish pounds 3 months after having my son(May 30th 2013) on right Is 135 pounds 10 months after son, I am 10 pounds less now then when the pic was taken.

Left two I'm 180ish, and the right two I'm 135. I've lost 10lbs since then
5'6" and 24.
What did you do? I am literally the same shape and size at about 176 lbs post 5 month old baby! I just started Insanity (on day 9). How long did it take for you to reach 135? Sorry for all of the questions. lol0 -
