Starting Insanity again today too. I've done it before and I toned up a bit but I was eating junk most of the time so I didn't lose like I wanted. I've cleaned up my diet this time: here we go!

I made egg salad w an avocado instead of mayo for lunch today. About 1/4 of an avocado w a boiled egg, I threw in some onion, celery, and romaine lettuce plus a dash of pepper on a wheat tortilla. It was delicious!

I was supposed to do my fit test today. I was actually looking forward to the darned thing but alas, my body has other plans. I'm passing a freakin' kidney stone! I used to have that problem too. I don't know if you have kids, but if you do then I highly suggest the Mirena IUD. It's been FANTASTIC. No funky side effects, no weight gain, my periods stopped after a few months, I love it. If you don't have kiddos, then it prob won't work. It seems to settle better in the uterus after a…

Brooke- my calves are killing me. But...it hasn't even been a week and I already see more definition in my calves so I'll take the soreness for now. I'm def not as sore as I was after the first couple of days.I have Pure Cardio today and I am simultaneously excited and dreading it. Good luck all, keep pushing!

I HATE working out. I don't like it, but I love the way I feel when my workout is over. Next time I am really struggling I am going to try this 10 minute rule people have mentioned. Sounds like a great idea!

I just did the first fit test today. Glad I found this, I'll keep checking back...I'm sure I'm going to need the motivation.
