I have it also. Vitamin D-3 is best. I take 6,000 I.Us a day. more on bad days. The more sunshine the better.

I add up the weight of All ingredients and the calories for each weight and divide it up using one ounce as my serving size. I then can have however many ounces of the recipe I want. It seems more accurate for me. It can add up to 40 or fifty ounces. But measured by one at a time.:happy:

Not me but my shape when I hit goal weight. I used to look this shapely. Almost back there, twenty to go.

I do the same thing I eat after six pm. And I don't eat all day. except for a full meal between 2 and 4 pm. I gave up trying to turn the day around. I just try to stay under the calories for the day. It seems to work for me.

Did Atkins for two years and a regular diet for two years..exact same calorie counts. Lost the same amount of weight. All diets will help lose weight. Just find the one that works for you. I could not stay on Atkins as I love my carbs. I did feel cold alot on the Atkins tho.

What? Please.... walking is ONE of the best exercises out there. The amount you burn will depend on how fast you walk and how much you weight. It may not be the best for certain things, but it really is a good way to burn calories. Continue walking, you'll like yourself for it [/quote] This

It is best not to make comparisons; unless it is your before and after weight. Even siblings are different in metabolism and physical make up. It is hard not to. But, you are you not your sibling nor anyone else.

Yes you will lose weight. I walk three days a week for two to two and a half hours. On 1200 cal. works for me.

If the child does not get cows milk it MIGHT develop an allergy to it and any other dairy as a result. My sister in law stopped milk and now can't drink it or eat cheese, She could before she stopped drinking it.

If you have the app for MFP on your phone, you can scan the bar code to get the information into your diary. Then save the meal for yourself. For future logging of the same things. It is not just calories, it is the nutritional information also. For Macros.

Yes, at this point all I can do is walk. I walk every other day for two to two and a half hours with my dog. I have lost 42 pounds this way. :smile:

If you have a dog or not the easiest way to get started is to Walk. You can go as far as you need to each day. Even if it is a block. And, weigh every morsel of food that you eat. I agree, it is NOT a disease. I got this way from overeating. Some, as you say have an underlying illness that causes obesity. Or, lack of movement.

When ever possible I eat food made from scratch. Try to avoid GMO Food also. But, sometimes I do get an urge for processed. :happy:

I walk my Toy (On the large side) poodle every other day for two hours at a time. Don't know how far I go but it gets further every week. She has Tons of energy that needs burning off.
