  • It doesn't sound like too much. You're not doing hours of high intensity workouts for days on end, so you should be fine. You just need to make sure that your dietary intake is adequate for the activities you're doing.
  • I use the one with chocolate flavor added to it. I've never actually "made" peanut butter with it, but I find it's good for adding to my protein shakes -- especially when I get tired of a flavor & just need something different. Overall, I like it...
  • I have a friend who does this & it helps her tremendously. Makes her more accountable. In the evenings, she just goes back and adjusts if she didn't stay completely on plan. Have a healthy day!
  • Thank you! Didn't make it to cycling this morning...but I'll still do the African dance this evening, step & sculpt tomorrow, and the 3 class series of yoga, zumba, and core work on Sunday. Looking forward to it!
