Movement is better then no movement so if you moving instead of siting or laying do you still doing good.

Do a light run jump etc with a fan blowing on you. When i go the the gym i found the same work out i sweat less with the fan blowing on me. With a fan and changing you tops and washing the neck and under arms you should be fine.

If you drink 2 glass of water then your weight would be a pound heavier so it depends what you eat/drink and when you step on the scales. It is best to check your weight when you wake before you eat and drink and after the bathroom.

120 would be lower but i give blood and need to be 115 to give. 5.1

Dance to music walk/run back and forth in the house ask a friend if you can use theirs.

I have not a while (cold out and busying during the day) but when i do since i am not a strong runner i run downhills and flat areas and walk up hills.

It varies if i just wants something sweet a livesaver, gum, or something else that i like and is low cal. but if i have a craving for a type of food i eat something close to it or eat a small amount of that food. I found that if i crave a food i will want to snack till eat.

I do not live upstairs but there have been time when other people in the house was sleeping. What I do when i can not jump is raise up on my toes after a while my calves are sore, I also raise on my toes then heels. It is not the same but raise just one the toes build muscle and the toes and heels raise heart rate even…
