    Jog outside or jog in place... or workout DVDs. :)

    um... push ups, squats, lunges, grab something heavy, lift it up and down, run outside, do some burpees. Your possibilities are endless.

    Walk/run on the spot. Do workout dvds (they can be easily downloaded for free on the internet or streamed on youtube.)

    Walk. It's easy, free, and can be done almost anywhere. Or look online for workout videos. Good luck!

    Run/walk outside!
    Or run/walk in place in your living room. Maybe to one of those workout DVDs
    Or do something different and dance or something.
    Or switch it up an do some weights or something.

    I don't go to a gym, and the only exercise 'machines' I use at home are 2 3lb weights
    ;) you don't need a gym, you just need to get creative :D

    Workout videos or look up some workouts on Pinterest. I don't go to the gym or have any equipment besides a couple light weights.
