I don't post stuff very often on the open feed. I mostly comment on my friends successes and send messages. But I decided it is time to post something for all. I have been a member here at MFP since Feb 2013 and to the best of my recollection I have only missed three days of logging in. I have had much success and many…

I'm premium. Not sure I get extra value except no ads. If you wish to customize your macros and more sophisticated things like that it may have value.

My screen is not the greatest in the world, but i decided after about 5 seconds of looking that is was some kind of rope... and not a hemp rope.... LOL... I have never done a century.. It is on my bucket list though. I just hope it isn't the reason I kick that damned bucket.... I switched to clipless pedals this season. My third as a cyclist... I recently tried bud select 55. It is a very light beer. 55 calories. And, as my brother in law says, you can drink a hundred of them and still not get a…

I can't speak to your situation. My cholesterol was not incredibly high, but I was on meds for it. I lost weight, ate a bit more healthy and did a fair amount of cardio each week. Blood pressure now normal, heart rate lowered dramatically, cholesterol normal and A1C now lower. I was never at diabetic A1C level, but my doc…
