I'm in the same boat. I've been streaming YouTube through my Wii, the Spartacus and Spartacus 2.0 workouts are great. They're intense if you do them correctly. Best of luck.

I'm no expert, but I would say do it. Your muscles need the protein. I'm dumping weight too, and I do a shake after exercising. I think my diary is open if you want to check it out. Best of luck dude!

41 here. Trying to lose about 20 - 25 pounds. There's a trick to it... hard work. This site, and the iPhone app really make it easy to stay motivated. Best of luck to all of us!

Free weights will always win. Not only are you using the muscles that the exercise is designed for, you're using stabilizer muscles as well.
