Just for today, I will get on the treadmill.

I LOVE my treadmill. That being said- I was running/walking 6 miles a day 8 months ago. Then I got depressed, got off MFP, and started eating badly. I got back to eating well and lost 20 pounds. The other day, I jumped back on the treadmill and ran for 45 minutes non-stop!!! Having that 20 pounds off really made a…

Hey there!!! Count me in as another "Cyster". I completely and totally understand where you are coming from. I am curious to know if you are seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist at all. My hubby and I tried on our own, the good old fashioned way to get pregnant. After two years, my gyn put us on clomid. High doses of…

I lost 10 pounds in Jan simply by cutting way, way down on the processed foods. This month, I am hoping to add in exercise…

You can do it!!! I have been Paleo friendly for a couple months. I feel great. I still have to have cheese on occasion though... So that is why I say paleo friendly

Excellent idea! Maybe I will add in jogging/walking to my routine to keep Lent from being strictly negative. If I can commit to exercise during that time it will become a good habit.

Hahahahaha! Yeah... I can think about giving up Diet Coke, but don't touch my coffee.

I agree with what is being said about not eating enough. If you go down to drastic caloric intake... Like 1000 calories, 1200 calories, your metabolism actually slows down to match it. You won't lose weight if you don't eat enough. Me personally, I have been there done that exact same thing and saw zero scale movement. It…

Not sure how to add people, but I will cheer you on through here. I am a 39 year old mother of 4. I have about 75 pounds to lose before my 40th birthday next January. I can do it! So can you!
