South Carolina introduction

Hi all! New here. Starting on my journey once again. Lets see... 39 years old, mother to 4 gorgeous children. Back in school after a long hiatus to get my nursing degree. Had gastric bypass in 2003, lost 100 pounds. 4 kids later, and I have gained back 50 of those pounds. I am a carb addict and tend to graze on carbs all day. Still cannot eat as much as I once did, but the grazing is just bad news. I don't exercise, but I will be changing that. My 40th is in January and I want to at least be down to a size 10 by then. Currently in a 16/18. I am trying to stick with natural foods, meaning non-processed. Fruits, veggies, nuts, lean meats. I do allow myself dairy, which is processed, but I cannot live without cheese. :) I guess you could say my diet is Paleo-friendly. I just wish I could get off the couch and get motivated. I don't want to look like this at 40. I wanna be a hottie! Ha!
