  • These are some great ideas! Thank you so much for sharing! Almost 2 weeks ago I gave up sodas/diet sodas...So I have been drinking strictly water and unsweet tea. Never thought to heat the water and add sliced fruits and veggies. This may help with any cola cravings that I get. Thanks!

  • Day 3 was easier than day 2! Today I plan to add a new exercise...This week I have just been doing the elliptical and some circuit training. I have been drinking around 9-12 cups of water, which is more than half as much as I was drinking before! Feeling great! Loving this challenge!
  • Day 1 of Summer Challenge finished! I was not under my calorie goal :( But definitely closer than I have been lately! Elliptical for 60 minutes and then 10 minutes of circuit type training. Plus drank 2 more cups of water than normal... Have not chosen a new exercise yet. So far, so good!
