I only did half of Day 3's workout yesterday :( BUT, in my defense, I donated blood and I think it had me feeling a little run down. I will make up for it today though! I can't wait to start seeing a difference...

About to hit Day 3 of Level 1 - I dread the pushups and lunges! How is everyone else doing so far?

I have been going 6 days a week, early in the morning. Saturdays are my "rest day" and I sleep in late. I also started doing the 30 Day Shred at home in the evenings, every day.

I just signed up for my first 5K ... it's in 2 weeks and I definitely understand how nervous you are! Best of luck to you, and please let us know how it was!

I get up at 4:45 and am at the gym by 5:00, 6 days a week. I LOVE IT! Make sure you have everything ready the night before (water bottled filled and in fridge, workout clothes out, shoes ready, etc). Also make sure you go to bed extra early the first few days of changing your schedule, after that your body seems to adjust.…

I just started tonight as well. I definitely worked up a good sweat and can feel my legs and abs burning.
