I am so far ... Dec 2012 238 Jan 2013 230 Feb 2013 222 Those are my weights at the beginning of each month .... i cut back on junk food in decemeber, continued with that and began doing fitness dance videos on youtube, and i just started 30 day shred a few days ago.

I either go for a run at the gym or workout to Kierra Lasahe on youtube ! shes very effective.

If hes already in shape he probably just doesnt see the need to change his diet. I wouldnt think of it as him not supporting you. My fiance is also in shape and will still bring home fatty foods, but thats what he likes to eat so I wouldnt want to force any type of "diet" food on him if he doesnt want it. Maybe try making…
