i gain and loose really fast, I could gain 3-4 pounds in 2 days and loose 1-2 pounds in 2 days, so I weigh regularly 2/3 times a week

shakes can not replace foods that is why they are supplements, once a while is fine..however remember they do not provide any dietary fiber which is essential..my 2 bits :)

Refined sugar and fruit sugar work slightly different ways, as long as your refined sugar intake is nil or very low go ahead do it, unless your doctor says otherwise for any medical reasons

with most antibiotics you are ok to mix both , but would be best to ask the doctor :-)

I have read many places that you should eat something within an hour of waking up, do not know how true that is :-)

i know i did, as long as you don't have snacks / munchies with them and of course drink in moderation :-)

Do not give up, slow and steady wins the race, look at the bright side you LOST weight :-) Some weeks it will be less some weeks a bit more , also if the cardio / weight training is more intense you will loose more, try mixing light jogging with your walking
