I never thought about taking them camping. That's a great idea as well :) Yeah I wouldn't want to cook if I was with nature all day.

That's amazing! Keep it up, we're all rooting for you.

I like to add horseradish to mine.

No new medicines. I have been working out non stop and restricting my calories, and the past few days I haven't as much because I have had a minor cold. I'm always stressed, mainly because I have severe anxiety (haha, hence this post...) I'm always thinking I'm dying. So I can sum it up to the change in pills about 5…

I'm more annoyed with the stupid Taco Bell 12 Taco Box commercial that shows every other freaking minute. I so want Taco Bell tacos..

I used to go up to 3 miles a day at first, and I stopped running for awhile and I'm getting back into it. I basically just ran at first, and never cross trained and never trained for races. I find the couch to programs boring. I can run longer than the times they put for you to. I'm up to 15 minutes straight of running…

Yeah I'm a fan of doubling up on bras One regular with wire, and a sports bra on top. Just make sure to wipe down with peroxide afterwards to ward off breakouts. There's a lot of rubbing.

Most of the time I don't eat them back. I'm not putting my body into starvation mode. If I'm hungry, I'll eat more. If I'm full, then I don't eat anything else. I personally think it's a waste to eat them back. I've been at this game for awhile. I lost 30 pounds eating 1200 calories a day and running 4 days a week at one…

Radishes chopped in half and to take the burn off swipe them through a laughing cow cheese wedge. Those only have 35 cals, and the radishes, for 10, is 12 cals. Celery and peanut butter Baby carrots with hummus String cheese and half an apple An orange in the middle of the day is supposed to put you in a better mood. Oh…

a cup of chicken broth with your choice of veggies. I like to add a couple of diced baby carrots, a handful of spinach, and a handful of peas.

Any stir fry I make I marinate the meat for about 30 minutes in hot mustard and soy sauce (I use chicken, but it would taste good on pork and beef), I put the meat pieces in my wok with the sauce, and cook until done, add a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and I'm good to go!! Ramen noodles (noodles only), are in there as…

There is the 10% rule that people often preach, but with me and my running, I listen to my body. You know when you've gone too far and when you have done too much. You should always walk away from a workout being able to do one more lap, or run for another 5 minutes. I often increase mine in minutes, 5 extra minutes every…

Lunches usually consist of: 1 packet of tuna (80 cals) 3 oz baby carrots 2 celery sticks cut into 3rds 4 radishes, halved 1 cup of lettuce maybe dressing if I feel like it. Or I will have black bean soup that I make and freeze into 1 cup portions. String cheese and fruit is something I save for the afternoon. And as…

Well I say that if you are full, then don't eat. If you are hungry then eat. How about we just stick to that? People's bodies all work differently. Some people don't lose the weight if they eat back their calories.

I am only allowed 1290, and I have found if I stick to raw vegetables, like radishes, celery, carrots, jicama and some fruits such as apples, mangoes and strawberries, I fill up on those very quickly and I don't eat nearly as much "crap". Try it for a few days. Every day at lunch i eat 2 celery sticks cut up, 4 radishes,…

I do not eat my exercise calories back. It defeats the purpose. You are supposed to eat your calories, and burn 500 a day in order to lose 1 pound a week. I eat my 1290 calories that MFP gives to me, and try to deduct my exercise from that. I know that it's not ideal, but that's what I do. it's been working well for me. I…

Tortilla with beans and shredded cheese. Small amount, of course. Or an apple with peanut butter. Or just a handful of almonds/pistachios/cashews

I do really miss fish. I might have seafood on occasion just because I really like it. As for veggie burgers I eat gardenburgers Sundried tomato and black bean chipotle. They have a portabello mushroom also. And the cheese is just Veggie Slices or Veggie Shreds (great with tacos). I have also discovered meatless chorizo…

I'm with you! We have a beautiful path going to the park by my apartment, and I for some reason decided that bike riding would be a really easy and fun way to get back into shape, because when I was little I could ride all day long, when I was little.... LITTLE!! I'm so not anymore, and I almost died after the 2nd mile.…

I have IBS, and not the constipation kind. I can't stop going, sometimes up to 5 times a day. My doctor prescribed me a antispasm drug called dicyclomene. I can't live without this stuff. It got to the point where I would have panic attacks on my way to work because I was afraid I might have to go to the bathroom.

I'd like to refer to my eating habits as a dogs. I'll eat if it's there, gimme gimme gimme...

Keep in mind most granola is pretty high in cals, but as long as you stick to good things, and not actual chocolate or something, it's good cals and fat. 1 cup cocoa-dusted almonds 1 cup dry roasted almonds 1 cup pitted dried dates, chopped 1 cup raisins 1 cup prunes, chopped 1 cup dried apricots, chopped 4 servings cals:…

Updating. BTW - I'm only putting the miles I run, not walk or bike. Mainly because it's a personal goal.

I've found after I run, everything looks bigger for some reason. I've had luck losing inches by not eating my calories back that I burned off, unless I'm completely famished, but I'm usually not. If I do eat, it's veggies. I wouldn't get too discouraged. Your body is probably trying to get back to normal. Check out this…
