I make a really great stirfry with baby bok choy and inside round steak. Here's the recipe:

    - 0.8kg (1.76lbs) inside round steak - cut into strips
    - 10 bunches of baby bok choy (more or less depending on how much you want in there)
    - 1 can (8oz) of mushrooms
    - 1 sliced onion
    - 2 celery stalks
    - 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce
    - 1 tsp olive oil

Sautee onion and celery in olive oil. Add the strips of inside round steak and cook through. Add the baby bok choy (You may have the drain the pan or wok as baby bok choy tends to release much of its water content), and the canned mushrooms. Cook until bok choy is tender, then add the soy sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.

    Servings: ~ 5 - 6 servings
Prep and Cook Time: 30 mins.
    Calories: ~ 395

A really simple recipe that tastes great. Hope you enjoy it.

Any stir fry I make I marinate the meat for about 30 minutes in hot mustard and soy sauce (I use chicken, but it would taste good on pork and beef), I put the meat pieces in my wok with the sauce, and cook until done, add a bag of frozen stir fry veggies and I'm good to go!!

Ramen noodles (noodles only), are in there as well.

thinly sliced chicken breast, an onion, a red pepper, some bean sprouts (yummy but optional) and a 1/4 cup of soy sauce or teriyaki sauce if you like.

fry the chicken until it is golden while you slice the veggies then add them to the pan and frie until they are softened but still crunchy and then pour the soy sauce in and stir it. serve over rice.

It is sooo simple and delicious!!
