I have had mine since the end of July and really love it! I like how it lets you know if you have been sitting too long which easily can happen for me at work. Also the helpful hints and encouragement keep me motivated

You might want to also look at your sodium intake as you may be retaining water

I have the Bodymedia and absolutely love it. It made me more aware of how much I am moving during the day and how little actual sleep I was getting at night. I got it a week after I started and I think it has helped me lose weight along with MFP. I like that they sync to each other. 67 lobs down and 25 to go!

You are definitely in the right place and it is a place that will offer the encouragement that all of us need in our journey. I don't know if this will work for you, but my son has PTSD and he says running helps him at times dealing with it as well as writing. Good luck on your venture.

Need to be aware of your sodium and sugar. I was having the same problem, but didn't have as much to lose. Don't give up!
