haven't participated in anything. I was only being slightly sarcastic... lol. I started on Feb 2013 so maybe it's a 5 year thing? Probably will be asked to continue after a month or so though. I searched all over and couldn't see anybody else with the same "problem" as me. Maybe I started the free trial by mistake. Ah well…

I don't know if it will help, but when I lose control and get in a rut, I aim to get under my TDEE, and not worry too much about a large deficit. It stops progress being undone, and can help your mental reserves. Keep yourself accountable, and keep track of what your eating, so you can try and make a little bit more…

Hama/Perler beads, if you like that sort of thing.... I find it pretty relaxing, and you can make some really cool designs,big ones or little ones, so you can fill out the time you have.... I like to make themed drinks coasters lol :) (and ikea do a cheap version which is just as good (pyssla)
