I need some accountability - Restarted again last Tuesday after a very fun Memorial Day weekend - too many drinks and good food. Height 5'6 SW 153.4 CW 150.4 GW for June - 146 - this may seem a little aggressive but I feel like the bloat is still going down from last weekend - and I'm at peak hormones. I'm really trying toโฆ

2/1 149.4 2/8 147.8 2/15 147.2 2/22 148.2 Oops, up a lb this week, but I had one of the most stressful weeks last week that I've had in a long time, really used my food crutch :( I'm going on vacation next week, so my goal is to just maintain.

I love it, but I have come to terms with the fact that it's probably contributing to my poochy belly, so I have been trying to cut back a little.

I started at 149.4 and weighed in today at 147.8. I have been working really hard but the weekends get me food wise, especially with the delish super bowl food this weekend! Keep up the good work ladies!

I meet friends to run 2x a week at 4:45 am and I go to the gym to lift and sometimes run at 5 ish the other 3 days. I don't eat anything before. It was hard to switch to this schedule but now I'm not sure how I ever did evening workouts. I have 2 small kids and we leave the house by 7:15 each day.

I'm in, I am stuck stuck stuck! CW is 149.4, GW is 145.4 I will be weighing in on Wednesdays. I run and lift!

So, I have recovered from my half and began my 5k training this week. I did my first set of 200s last night. I did 6 @ an average of 48 seconds and then I ran one 400 because I was sick of running up and down my street. I did a pace conversion and it says my 200s are an average of a 6:30 mile, which I don't think I amโฆ

I ran the Martian Half Marathon in 2:05:02. It was a PR, and the first time I did hit an even minute (prior results were 2:16 and 2:12 on the nose) I wish I would have pushed myself an extra 2 second faster.

This was very helpful! I started out with mostly strength training, and eventually got addicted to running. I always strength train 2x a week. I will say, I don't have access to a local track, so I can't wait to see my neighbors reactions at me running 400s and 200s on our street :)

I'm at the tail end of my third half marathon training cycle in a year. I love distance running, but it's wearing on me a little bit. Last May I ran a 25:45 5k PR, and my goal is to beat that. I'm not a fast runner, but I am getting faster. I can hit my paces in training, but then when it comes to races, I am too much inโฆ

@Daisy471 Did you like that series? My parents live there and I have always contemplated doing one of the races while I was visiting.

You can add in breastfeeding into your daily totals and MFP will adjust your calories accordingly. If I felt like my supply was dwindling I would just eat more to get it back up.
