  • MFP needs to update their exercise list. There are alot of other exercises that are missing from the list aside from Zumba. I googled: How many calories burned doing Zumba and I found a website that has a 'tool' to figure out calories burned doing just about any exercise out there. Then I manually entered into my exercises…
  • Guys ignoring the signs posted everywhere about NO SPITTING ON THE INDOOR TRACK. Gross! And sweaty machines.
  • My DH is the worst eater, just like your BF. Steaks every other night, loaded baked potatoes, salads drenched in dresssing. We basically eat completely different meals every day. Although he does make things low-fat and low-calorie for me.... yesterday he made homemade chili using ground sirloin, but, he loaded his bowl…
  • I was on 1200-1400 calories for the past 6-7 months (1200 on the days I didn't work out, 1400 on the days I worked out).... I lost 33 lbs during that time. I was REALLY determined and REALLY strict in the first few months, then I eased up sometimes (not always) on the weekends and/or Holidays (having a few glasses of wine,…
  • 43 and FINALLY in a good place with myself, my body, my weight....

  • Wow. Good job resisting! My weakness is salty, so I would have hunted down the nearest Taco Bell! lol. It feels so good NOT caving in, doesn't it?
  • On the days that I exercise, yes, I eat back my exercise calories... on the days that I don't, I eat the straight 1300. It's so frustrating! I just started having a few glasses of wine on either Friday night or Saturday... but I count those calories in with my 1300. I can't help but think it's the alcohol that's making me…
  • 1300.
  • For me, it takes a period of routinely exercising before I start to have more energy and feel better... if I do it sporadically, or miss a few days, I feel like I'm back to square one of feeling tired & exhausted! So, I think it's pretty normal. That, or you could have just been too tired to begin with
