Stalled

I'm 5'3", start weight 152, current weight 130, goal weight 122. I am at a complete weight loss stall, and have been for about 4 weeks. I have been eating the exact number of calories set by my BMR, activity level & weight loss goal but nothing is working anymore! I work out 3 days per week. I'm thinking I will need to up it to 5 days? It is very frustrating to get on the scale once a week and see the SAME NUMBER every time. Suggestions??

What is your calorie intake? Too lazy to look up your BMR.

Are you eating 1300 calories, or have a NET of 1300 (thus eating your exercise calories back)? I would actual say you should eat a little more and give the scale a break for a couple weeks and then see if it moves down. I'm trying this soon as well as I'm at a stalling point too.
  • On the days that I exercise, yes, I eat back my exercise calories... on the days that I don't, I eat the straight 1300. It's so frustrating! I just started having a few glasses of wine on either Friday night or Saturday... but I count those calories in with my 1300. I can't help but think it's the alcohol that's making me stall!
