Calculating Calories Burned
Anyone know how to calculate calories burned after doing a workout video that incorporates cardio & weights? It is a 30 minute workout, with a 5 minute cooldown. I have now idea how to calculate the calories.

Accurate Number of Calories in Brown Basmati Rice?
I buy Himalayan brown basmati rice in bulk and it doesn't come with a nutrition label. MFP has sooo many variations in the calorie count of brown basmati rice. Not sure if it's because some are measuring it dry and others cooked? Does anyone have an accurate calorie amount? Thanks!
