Weight Maintenance Question

Well 8 months later and I have reached my goal! yay!!
So my question is: Now that I'm at my goal weight, I'm assuming that I should INCREASE my caloric intake or I will continue to lose weight, correct?? I workout daily and was eating about 1200-1400 calories per day. I will continue to workout daily. I looked for a tool or calculator on the MFP website for weight maintenance, but, didn't see anything.
Thoughts? Advice?
Thanks!

You have to recalculate your BMR and TDEE at your new weight. then you will know how much to eat. Try it for several weeks to see if you are maintaining (you may need to adjust slightly up or down)
