I'm curious to this answer coz I went to Vitamin World today and that's what they lady suggested. I wonder how it works??? I don't think eating 500 calories a day is healthy... So I too would like to hear from people who have used it too... Bump

I am in the same boat.... It is so frustrating. I learned that I should not weigh myself, it just causes disappointment. I told my husband to hid the scale so I am not constantly on it, coz when I see it I go on it. Its like an obsession... =) Try not weighing yourself but 1 every 2 weeks... =)

I go early morning because I get too lazy at night and too many people at the gym at night.... I am not an early morning person either but I force myself..... =)

hm... well in my opinion you need that once in a while so you dont deprive yourself, on the other hand if you do it you might say the same thing daily and then get of track.
