I am the same way. When I am working out I am fine. Also if I do warmup I am fine for the rest of the day. But when I get cold, it takes a lot to warm back up!!!

Make sure you use your negative calories for your exercise. If you don't you won't have an accurate representation of what you need to be taking in. This can lead to lower metabolism and also starting to burn something in the body that you need.
