  • The best advice I got when starting out was "eat when you're hungry". You might be hungry a lot or a little, but eat whenever you get hungry and don't start out by trying to limit how much you're eating (within reason of course). It makes the switch a LOT easier when there's not pressure to eat at certain times or concerns…
  • Thanks! That's very helpful. I've been doing paleo for some time, I have just never paid much attention to macros and percentages.
  • Also, don't feel bad if their pace is too fast. I tended to feel pressure to keep up with them and then I'd keep stopping. Go at a pace that's comfortable for you, even if it doesn't match the pace they're going on the DVD. Modify as needed and remember that any exercise is good for you!
  • I would love to be a motivational friend for anyone! Feel free to add me.
  • I make vision boards! They're a collage of motivational pictures (weights, delicious healthy meals, the body shape I would like ideally) and I post it everywhere around the house and make it the background of my computer and phone. I also try to subscribe to websites that post motivational material.
  • You look fantastic!! Way to go!
  • You look fantastic!! Way to go!
  • Nicely done!! I'm down 5 lbs from my last staturday, most of my measurements are the same but my arms are getting bigger!! I'm hoping to add another inch to them by the time I'm done with the program.
  • She went undiagnosed for years. She went to probably 10 different doctors who all told her she was just being dramatic before she found one that knew what they were talking about.
  • Hey! I'm actually part of a challenge group right now that has a wide mix of people, I'd say a majority are in their 20s and 30s. This specific challenge is about to end but my coach & I are starting up a new one at the end of august/beginning of september. Would you be interested in joining?
  • I agree, this is definitely my favorite workout. I'm sad that they take it out on week 5 and replace it with a third day of total body circuit. Since we're halfway through week 3 is everyone getting pumped for Beta??
  • I'm not lactose intolerant and I haven't given up cheese completely, but I try not to eat it everyday. I keep to eating paleo as much as possible so I don't make dairy a staple in my diet.
  • How do you make paleo mayo? I've tried a bunch of times and it just comes out super liquid-y. Any advice?
  • I can sympathize with you, the same thing is happening to me and I'm doing T25. I've since gained 5 lbs but my measurements are going down. I'd say take your measurements immediately and start using them for reference. Even though you didn't take them in the beginning that's okay, they will still be a good reference point.…
  • I have a family history of hypothyroid and my antibodies are high so it seems like I'm heading down that path. It's definitely difficult (I've watched my mom go through it - undiagnosed for YEARS). However she saw some general life improvements when she went gluten-free. If you haven't tried it yet, I'd suggest trying it…
  • I had another less than awesome staturday. I mostly maintained my measurements and gained 5 pounds.
  • I did my double day today and I was ready to kill Shaun T. I did ab intervals first and by the time I got to lower focus I was ready to cry. I made it through somehow though, so thank goodness for that.
  • Glad you put your energy into the workout Megan!! It's so difficult to do but gives you SO many benefits =)
  • I definitely felt stronger going into cardio today. I did modify a bit, but I stayed with Shaun for a good 85-90% of the time. I also had my chocolate vegan shakeology with a banana blended in this morning so I think the extra carbs were helpful. I would say I 'nailed it' today. I also did my stretch right before because I…
  • congrats!! that's huge! What did your meals look like this week? I wish my stats were as exciting as yours. I actually went up a pound so I'm slightly upset with myself - I ate mostly good meals but I definitely had some cheats in there.
  • I found today a little difficult to get through, but I did try to do it shortly after taking an hour long dog walk in the sun. I might wait to do the long walks until after finishing my workout next time. Is anyone else doing the 5-day fast track nutrition plan? I'm on it and really liking it so far, but I'm making small…
  • A couple questions for you: Did you do the 5 day fast track plan? (I'm doing it/starting my first day of T25 tomorrow and would love any advice you have) Do you feel like you have enough energy eating with the nutrition guide? What are the biggest cons about eating with the nutrition guide? Any other insight or tips you…
  • Hi! I'm Jackie, I'm in my 20s and I've got two goals for T25 - first I want to drop those last 10ish pounds and then I want to build muscle. I just got back from a week of vacation and I definitely put on some poundage so I'm looking forward to getting rid of that. Side note - is anyone else following the suggested…

  • I'm not sure if you're including fish into the no meat part but I really enjoy some smoked salmon with avocado for breakfast. My non-meat go tos are: Coconut milk 'yogurt' - get a can of full-fat (VERY important that it's full fat) coconut milk and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours in the evening. Scoop out all…
