As of today I have lost a total of 32 pounds and have just been using this site and the support I get from here since Febuary. So it can be done, I have about 40 more pounds to go. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do 10 min with a 3 min cool down period so 13 min total 2 times a day, plus walking around the office and wlking the dog in the am so i get anywhere from 30-40 min cardio a day.

I have been on the 3rd shift for a week, filling in for someone on vacation. I will be glad when this is over. This really hoses up my routine. I still get a half-azz workout in and eat but i notice i do not eat enough. Oh well back to normal on Monday. Peace and Cheese all just thought i would say hi!!!!!!

Thought I would share with everybody since you all have been so helpful. I have reached my 1st short term goal. started this on 2/6 at 285lbs as of today 3/14...............................................260lbs I HAVE MADE SHORT TERM GOAL #1 now to get started on goal #2....240lbs. Well since I have my beef farm raised and organic it is hard for me to want to buy at the store. According to our butcher and the Ag department our beef is all about 95% lean. I know that it is a little more expensive to buy the Lower fat beef but it does help also trim as much fat as you can off a steak or raost always…

Thanks for all the info, I re-did my food today for all day and hit 1300 so I was really eating to many low cal things. Added tuna and cottage cheese to my lunch. and big ole fat KC strip for supper tonight. SWEEEET

For some reason I canot eat the calories i'm suppossed to eat 1690, I eat constantly all day, fruit, veggies,etc. and work out 3 cardios a day. But no matter what I cannot get more than 1000 calories intake that is before figuring in my workouts going by that I'm luck to eat more than 600 a day. I guess I have room for Ice…

I feel your pain I have cheat day every 2 weeks, but i monitor my cals closely and usually have a few to spare after my workouts.

Well I have reached goal 1 which was 20 pounds and am working on goal 2 which is another 20 pounds of which I have lost 3 lbs. I set smaller goals so that I can reach them, I followed MFP very close except on the weekends, on which I don't count my calories or my workout time. I know kind of what my intake is supposed to…

I know with me the first 10 pounds came off in less than a week then it kind of tappered off, I have lost 23 pounds in little over a month which comes out to about a 1.34 pounds per week. So I would not worry to much.
