  • I do 10 min with a 3 min cool down period so 13 min total 2 times a day, plus walking around the office and wlking the dog in the am so i get anywhere from 30-40 min cardio a day.
  • I have been on the 3rd shift for a week, filling in for someone on vacation. I will be glad when this is over. This really hoses up my routine. I still get a half-azz workout in and eat but i notice i do not eat enough. Oh well back to normal on Monday. Peace and Cheese all just thought i would say hi!!!!!!

  • Well since I have my beef farm raised and organic it is hard for me to want to buy at the store. According to our butcher and the Ag department our beef is all about 95% lean. I know that it is a little more expensive to buy the Lower fat beef but it does help also trim as much fat as you can off a steak or raost always…
  • Thanks for all the info, I re-did my food today for all day and hit 1300 so I was really eating to many low cal things. Added tuna and cottage cheese to my lunch. and big ole fat KC strip for supper tonight. SWEEEET
  • For some reason I canot eat the calories i'm suppossed to eat 1690, I eat constantly all day, fruit, veggies,etc. and work out 3 cardios a day.   • I know with me the first 10 pounds came off in less than a week then it kind of tappered off, I have lost 23 pounds in little over a month which comes out to about a 1.34 pounds per week. So I would not worry to much.
