You actually look a little on the thin side to me. I wouldn't lose anymore. I would try to gain a few more pounds in muscle.

One thing that may make taking them out and putting them in is to make sure that the nails on your pointer finger and thumb are short. As to things being to sharp outside you may just have to get used to it. Give it a week or so. If it is still to much you may need to get you Doc to take the prescription down a tad. I know…

I just went to look at your food log, you have already worked out today and have just over 600 cal you can eat. I don't think having a 100cal to 300cal snack/meal is bad, go eat something.

I think I saw a post from you that you are trying to gain weight? Water will fill you up and then you will not have as much room for food. I would drink enough to keep hydrated but not a huge amount.

I realized that I was doing myself harm with the way I was eating. I was maybe getting a little over 1300 cals a day but over half was from sodas. I will take some time to fix me but I did cut out the sodas and am eating real food now . Logging helps me make sure that I eat. Even after 60 days I still have to make myself…

I like mixing it with fine chopped raw garlic, pepper, and paprika to put on my wraps. I like it better than mayo on sandwiches now.It lends just the right amount of tangy/spiciness so my wraps don't get boring.

I don't think I would know what to do with myself if I was only cooking for one. There are 5 of us and not to long ago I was cooking for 7 every day.

Have you thought about using wraps instead of regular breads? I even use them to make thin crust pizza .

Love cabbage. You could try it with fennel seed. I steam the cabbage then saute about half a tsp of fennel seeds in a Tbsp of olive oil. Then toss the cabbage in the oil.

I love cabbage soup but don't eat it all that often because it doesn't have enough calories for me. Even with added veggies and meats was still no more than 200 cals to a bowl.

I am 5'7" and I am shooting for 145 to 150. At that weight I am in a 7/8 to a 9/10. Don't want to be below 140, way to skinny for my liking.

You only have the two days filled in. Going by those I would say that your dinners are not filling you up. that you need to eat better foods for dinner and then pick one of the snack/junk foods for after dinner.

If you get uncomfortable you can eat four to seven prunes or juice a handful of parsley with half a apple. Thank you for putting this out here for us to read. I see so many things that you were going though that seem so familiar to my own past. I am only now after 2 months starting to sleep more than 4 hours at a time. Thinking back to the amount of caffeine I was taking in it's a wonder I slept at all.

You are probably going to want more weight training than aerobics or cardio. I don't want to give you bad info so hopefully some of the trainers on here will see this and give you a hand. I am trying to get rid of about 55 pounds, to bad I can't just give you some of mine. :)
