Peanut butter and milk are good for getting calories in.

Protein shakes bulked up. Natrual PB, Lean Meats, Low Fat dairy, Whole grains like oats, quiona, ect. Balance. increase your calories intake to 500 a day but make sure they are healthy clean calories

If you use the phone app, you can check out your nutrients and see what you're low on.

I would suggest a nice whey protein shake in the 600 calorie range.
you can purchase one that has everything in it or you can create it.

1 scoop whey (rough est) 150 cals
8 ounces of milk 150 cals
    banana 70 cals
    2 scoops peanut butter 190
    560 right there

Oatmeal is awesome, Whole Grain Breads
Whole Wheat pasta or pasta in general
I use to use pasta and can of tuna with some oil and balsamic

I drink alot of milk, i might start eating more peanut butter & nutella because i hear they have high calories. I might also try protein shakes, i hear there is alot on http://www.ebay.co.uk/, which one do you suggest?

Also, i exercise atleast an hour a day because i'm trying to build muscle, should i stop?

If it's cardio, don't do that much. If it's weights, go for it, just don't do the same muscle group on consecutive days ;)
I'd watch it on the nutella, doesn't really have much nutritional value.

And if it's whole milk, watch your sat fats!

Weights...alright. Why shouldn't i do the same muscle group on consecutive days?

You need to let the muscles you just worked recover before working them again.

Your muscles need the day of rest to rebuild. That when the muscles "grow" persay. You could do back monday wednesday and friday, same with any muscle group, but don't do it like back monday tuesday thursday. Just put a day in between. If you want to work out everyday however, just do upperbody one and lower the next, and back to upper, and so on :)
