HELP!!

woke up at 8.. ate well all day... 259 breakfast.. snacks... lunch ..dinner.... after dinner snack... total was about 1200 calories.. but around 8-1 i get STARVED .. i had another almost 500 caloroes because i felt STARVING after dinner..
this happens everynight.. i dont mind eating healthy but i get SO hunry i need a TON of food to feel full..
i didnt work out at all today..
the last 2 hrs just sabotaged my entire day of eating.. HELP

Honestly, you didn't do THAT bad!!!! You were still under 1500 calories for the day, and that's amazing! You may not see a major loss if you do this day after day after day... but you won't be gaining either!
Don't beat yourself up, it's one day! You can fill up on more veggies, like salad (seriously, it fills you up!) and make sure you have enough protein.. nuts are a great snack!!!!0 -
You only have the two days filled in. Going by those I would say that your dinners are not filling you up. that you need to eat better foods for dinner and then pick one of the snack/junk foods for after dinner.0

You ate almost all your protein for the day during breakfast and lunch. Without the beef jerky, you would have only had 19 grams of protein after noon (or whenever your lunch was). You did the same thing yesterday. Try eating some chicken or fish with dinner or salad with sunflower kernels or a handful of almonds. You need some protein later in the day to help you feel full.
Also, are you drinking water? Sometimes you feel hungry when you are actually thirsty. Try drinking water and that will help as well.
