i can totally relate, i've struggled with my weight for my adult life and i am at my highest. i'm a mama too (my son's 4) and feel like i need to make getting healthy happen! i'd love to be friends on here and support each other! :)

i've got the diet book, cook book, and i subscribe to the magazine. i am doing my best to incorporate clean eating into my life - trying not to consider it a diet but a lifestyle change. i've only recently started getting more serious about it and can already tell a difference!

One of my new favorite breakfasts is 1 or 2 cups sauteed chopped kale, 1 cup of egg whites, and sweet potato (no skin). I cook the kale until wilted, add sweet potato (pre-cooked in the microwave and taken out of skin) then add the egg whites - add salt and pepper to taste. It ends up like a scramble and looks really…
