Anything is possible, but realistically I think that may set you up for failure. It has taken me 7 months to lose nearly 30 lbs. At first MFP said I would lose 2lbs a week, well that has never happened and frankly I bust my butt. But in all honesty, while it may be disappointing I am not losing it faster, I am 27 lbs…

Wow! Good for you!!

Wow!! Go you!

All I will say is eat your protein (they told me at least 60g) and takes vitamins if you're going to go that low on calories. That is what gastric bypass patients do. Consult your doctor to make sure you are okay.

This is why I don't go by BMI (although health insurance does). For my height I am suppose to be between 95-128 lbs. My goal is 135-150, but a bf% of less than 30.

I had a HRM and a Fitbit, so I'm doing okay with prediction of calorie burn. I'm just one of those that likes to have a count down and I figure if I look at in calories then a 500 calorie ice cream wont be quite as tempting. Or it could backfire, but whatever! LoL I actually exercise at home alone. I'm weird like that, but…

Get yourself in check NOW. Grazing is exactly how people gain every pound back. It is good you recognize it now.

If I went by what MFP told me to eat I would maintain. The formula is not for everyone, look into the different formulas for determining BMR/TDEE and have your RMR tested. I use the formula that takes into consideration my bodyfat. http://www.cordianet.com/calculator.htm

I am 5" and my goal is heavier than most at 135-150. I haven't been under 200 since I was probably 12. Sad I know. I will have to have a tummy tuck and breast lift because of being so heavy. I bet that will be 10-15 lbs of skin, but I am focusing on bodyfat more than weight. I want my bf% to be under 30.

My biggest motivation is time. Next year at the same time do you want to be in the same position and possibly even heavier and worse off? What about in 5 years when your knees are close to giving out? Pick your poison. Struggle now with what will naturally be hard and painful or struggle later with a different type of pain…

Wow,you look great!! It is such a huge accomplishment.

I use the IIFYM, but put in my bodyfat. If I go by the first option I go into maintenance.
-
Wow! That is amazing!!
-
Um, no.

I think I would rather be fat...

Have you had your Metabolic Rate tested? Your BMR may be inflated. If you haven't then look into it and try this website. Get your Bodyfat% goo.gl/fA0J51 And see what the Katch-McCardle Formula gives you: http://www.cordianet.com/calculator.htm

Congratulations!!!! That is amazing!

Boy do I understand your frustration!! Do what everyone else is suggesting. Measure your food even when it is a total pain in the butt because as I'm sure you know the average miscalculation is about 20%. Also measure your body. And at your size I would think you should be doing more strength training than cardio. It will…

Awesome! Thank you!!

Congratulations on your 2 year anniversary!!!

Thanks for reminding me to watch that show! Someone told about it recently.

Until you truly love yourself and value yourself I am afraid Mr. Wrong will be in indefinite repeat regardless of a changing face. Love yourself enough to be okay by yourself. I think you already have a great amount of personal insight into the whys and whats, but until you treat yourself like your own best friend and go…

Wow! Awesome job!!!!!!

WOW!! Just the difference in aging is amazing! You may a year older, but you look 10 year younger, no kidding!

I never had the motivation until I moved in with my non-smoking husband. I would try an ecigarette. It really is more of a social/habit for me. As long as I was around all my friends and family who smoked I didn't want to quit. When I was the only one it began to lose it's appeal!
-
Bless your heart, I was in the same boat. I quit smoking only once before for about 2 weeks until my Dad died, then obviously I was smoking again like before. But what helped me to quit for the long haul was surrounding myself with non smokers. When I moved in with my husband I was the only smoker. Slowly it lost it's…
