  • Subway have 5 low fat 6" subs on their website with full nutritional breakdowns. The one which is lowest in fat is the Veggie one. The chicken and salad sub has around 3 grams of fat in it. This is my favourite - just not with crisps anymore:(

  • You are much better off buying plain, fresh and raw ingredients for your salad and controlling the amount of fat content by adding a low fat dressing yourself. I like Tesco Light Choices Honey and Mustard Dressing. Good luck!
