  • I wasn't hungry and was trying a new workout, so all I had was a gogo squeeze applesauce packet(60 little calories) but gotta fry some bacon up for the boyfriends burgers tonight so Ill probably add 2 slices off bacon and 2 egg beater eggs, appox250 more calories.
  • I don't; I just count a daily life, kinda like cleaning, they have an option for that as excersice as well as cooking. But if you do count it, It waould be a slow pace and you gotta think how much of those 5 hrs were you actually walking...not trying one, looking at a rack, standing in line waiting. ect...

I really like using the weight watches smart ones for lunches at work, they ave 250-350 calories, pair it with a low fat yogurt, lunch for 400 cals, Broth based soups are good too, I make my own broth or use unsalted cause sodium can get pretty high.   • Im 5'1" and my goal is 120, Google BMI calculator and it can show you a healthy weigh for your height, I think you should be right about in the middle if I remember(since your shorter like me). So the 119 should be good, our bodies will never be super model style, you cant air brush in real life :)
  • Light low fat yogurt, real fruit popsicles, celery with PB2, Strawberries, FiberOne 90 calorie bars, Quesadeas(sp) W/ low fat/fat free cheese, lowfat string cheese w/ 1/2 serving of reduced fat wheat thins.
  • YES, Sugar is sugar yes, but the fruit sugar is not as bad as table sugar, I use my own math...I cut the fruit sugar in 1/2 mentally to know where my body is; I am a diet controlled diabetic, and this is what works for me and my body. Remember sugar turns into carbs and carbs like to store as fat in the body.
  • I've learned skipping one is ok, but after skipping the second it is SOOOO hard to get going again...Maybe not your normal workout but I would do something maybe on your study brk??
  • Fruit, fresh, home frozen. If that doesn't work. I've learned no sugar added frozen yogurt is good, and then the 100 calories mini drumsticks/ice cream sandwiches wont kill your day; I try and plan ahead and do a lil more excercise so I can enjoy. Also some sugar free sweets are a little lower in calories.
