    I'm typically full after I eat 400 calories as well- but it's only 915- you'll be hungry later.

    What about the protein?

    My typical breakfast (about 573 calories and 55 grams of protein with 9 grams of fiber):

    3 large eggs
    1 cup of egg whites
    1 slice of provolone cheese
    Coffee
    2 tablespoons of creamer
    1 high fiber tortilla

    Of course, this morning I went to Chick Fil A and had a spicy chicken and egg bagel.

    I had 5 ounces of roast chicken meat and some yummy fava bean salad from the middle eastern place in Astoria.

    I like having dinner for breakfast and breakfast any time of the day.

    I wasn't hungry and was trying a new workout, so all I had was a gogo squeeze applesauce packet(60 little calories) but gotta fry some bacon up for the boyfriends burgers tonight so Ill probably add 2 slices off bacon and 2 egg beater eggs, appox250 more calories.

    Where the protein and fat? That would not keep me satisfied for long... well the caffeine might help. I'm glad it works for you though!

    I usually drink a glass of Vega protien smoothie and have a hard boiled egg with a slice of 100% whole wheat and quinoa bread. Keeps me full for 3 hrs or I just cook five tablespoons of quinoa with a sachet of instant banana nut oat cereal and polish it off with 3 tbsp of plain 0% yogurt .

    I had 1 cup of cereal with 2% milk and a protein smoothie. 496 calories. It's been 6 hours and I'm just about ready for lunch. Although I did just workout... and I'm never hungry after I workout.
